Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax to be considered valid.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date will forfeit 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date will forfeit 100% of the total booking amount.
• No-shows and early departures will be charged for the full booking amount.
• Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation.
• Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Any refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Special promotions or discounted rates are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Laloggia Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy at any time, with any changes communicated in writing to all affected bookings.
